  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Urban Hom, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Urban Hom, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most items ship within 2 days of payment. In the event the item is out of stock expect 8 to 10 week delivery time. All our furniture comes with a 3 year warranty. If something is wrong with an order you placed with Urban hom, we will do everything we can to help. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the return and replacement of the order.

    Our delivery options include the following services.

    "Bronze Service":  2-person delivery, inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two (2) flights 

    prior to the threshold).  If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment 

    will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage.  Shipper's palletized or crated 

    merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only. 


    "Silver Service" include inside placement and two flights of stairs. 


    "Gold Service" include inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, 

    debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools). 


    "Platinum Service" include inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, 

    debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Urban Hom, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Return Policy: » Once item is delivered, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her item. Restocking fees may apply on custom orders. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged or incorrect item. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged and it correct product ordered. Please contact us immediately in this situation. A complete refund and or exchange will be given to the customer once the item is shipped back and analyzed. Customer will not be responsible for payment of shipping item back to us or any other fees associated with a damage return. Damaged returns must be in original packing or return cannot be accepted. We cannot accept returns on special-order items or on items damaged due to normal wear and tear. Please note: Our leather and fabric color charts may appear to look different on varying computer screens depending on resolution, brightness, etc. The colors we offer are portrayed as accurately as possible. Please feel free to ask us for color samples in order to fully assess your color choices. We offer samples free of charge. Pictures on website represent product as accurate as possible. Minor differences or variations from picture to product. For example, if you order an item in Chocolate Brown leather and you receive the item in Chocolate Brown leather, we can not provide a full refund because that is in fact what was ordered and shipped. The customer does although have the option to return it with a 20% restocking fee and customer does pay to have the item shipped back to us. If the order was placed for Chocolate Brown leather, and you received Cowboy Brown leather, we would go ahead and issue a full refund and pay to have the item shipped back to us if the customer does not want it. This never happens but we want to state our return policy in order to provide full customer satisfaction and hassle free returns. Urban Hom does not accept order cancellations on custom orders.
